Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

Responsibilities include determining product needs with customers, suggesting add-on services, providing price estimates for installations, and maintaining clear communication on work status throughout the service workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Familiar with RV products or camping lifestyle.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for installations prior to scheduling.
