Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

Key duties include determining product needs, suggesting add-on sales to increase transactions, and providing price estimates before scheduling appointments, with emphasis on organization and adherence to department procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle preferred.
• Proficient with computers and internet searches.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
