Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests, provide administrative support to the Service Department, and keep customers informed about work progress in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, computer use, and attention to detail, with opportunities to recommend add-ons and provide cost estimates. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
