Job summary

Reno Airstream Adventures, part of Lithia Motors, Inc., seeks an RV Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for guests and technicians in Reno, NV. You’ll translate requests into actionable repairs, build estimates, and manage repair orders with accuracy.

Day-to-day duties include communicating service needs, handling warranties, and keeping guests informed on timing and costs. This on-site role offers hourly pay with commission and a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• RV dealership or high-volume auto-center experience.
• General knowledge of recreational vehicles.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the communicator and liaison between Guest and technician; ensure needs are understood and repairs are explained.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer payments including deductibles.
• Prepare repair orders (RO) and enter RO into service database system.
• Communicate additional repair and service needs based on trailer inspection.
• Administer manufacturer warranty for qualifying trailer repairs.
• Keep Guests informed of service specials, completion times and expenses.
