Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.

You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-ons, estimate installation prices, and help drive sales. A minimum of one year of service experience and RV knowledge are preferred. Full-time with base pay + uncapped commissions + benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
