You will initiate repair-service requests, provide administrative support to the Service Department, and keep customers apprised of work progress. Sell add-ons to increase transaction value and maintain clear communication with customers throughout the service journey.

Prior RV service exposure and computer proficiency are preferred. A valid driver’s license is desirable, and the role may involve lifting up to 25 lbs during

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of service experience.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle familiarity.
• Proficient computer use and internet searching.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
