Blue Compass RV Reno is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experience while guiding service needs and building relationships with customers and technicians. This role focuses on clear communication, accurate recommendations, and efficient workflow to drive service department success.

This is a salary + commission-based position offering strong earning potential in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred.
• RV or camping lifestyle experience is a plus.
• Automotive or service industry background preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion.
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
