Blue Compass RV Reno is seeking a Service Advisor to drive exceptional customer experiences while guiding service checks through completion. This salary+commission role emphasizes a sales-driven approach to identify needs, provide accurate estimates, and maintain clear communication with technicians.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in service advisory or related roles; RV industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion.
Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling.
Communicate clearly with technicians for accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations.
Upsell additional services to maximize service revenue.
Maintain documentation and service records; multitask in a fast-paced environment.
