Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team and manage repair-service requests while providing administrative support to the Service Department, ensuring customers are kept informed of work progress.

You will determine customer needs, suggest add-ons, and provide estimates before scheduling, with a focus on clear communication and timely updates. A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred and RV knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle is beneficial.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
