Job summary

Adisseo is seeking a Business Manager - Ruminants to lead commercial growth across the South/Southeast territory (Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Maryland). This remote role requires residence within the territory and involves ~50–60% travel.

You will work with nutritionists, producers, feed mills, and distributors to deliver practical nutritional solutions that enhance animal performance and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, Agriculture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the dairy, animal nutrition, or feed industry.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with nutritionists, producers, and industry stakeholders.
• Consultative and solution-oriented commercial approach.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a geographically dispersed territory.
• Comfort working autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive sustainable growth of Adisseo’s dairy portfolio across the Upper Midwest.
• Develop and execute a clear territory strategy aligned with regional objectives.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with nutritionists, producers, and key industry partners.
• Partner with customers to promote amino acid balancing and tailored nutritional solutions.
• Collaborate with Technical Managers, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent customer support.
• Represent Adisseo at customer meetings, industry events, and regional conferences.
• Maintain structured pipeline and activity visibility through CRM tools.
