Job summary

STV is seeking a Right-of-Way Project Manager to oversee planning and management of ROW acquisition for large-scale infrastructure projects in a national team. You will coordinate with agencies, landowners, and legal teams while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication and project management skills to deliver on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in urban planning, real estate, civil engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8-12 years of ROW acquisition, land use planning, or related experience.
In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local ROW regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and coordination of ROW strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
Coordinate with engineers, environmental specialists, agencies, landowners, and legal teams.
Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to meet milestones and deliverables.
Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders and conduct public meetings.
Oversee documentation and reporting of ROW transactions, agreements, and activities.
