STV is seeking a seasoned Right-of-Way Project Manager to lead planning and management of ROW acquisitions for major infrastructure projects in the DC area. The role requires coordinating with agencies, landowners, and legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have extensive ROW experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams on large public transit programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, real estate, civil engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in ROW acquisition, land use planning, or related fields.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local ROW regulations and processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement ROW acquisition strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with engineers, environmental specialists, agencies, landowners, and legal teams.
• Lead acquisition, relocation, appraiser coordination, and title research activities.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor progress, risks, and issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
