STV Incorporated seeks a seasoned Right-of-Way Project Manager to lead planning and ROW acquisition for major infrastructure projects nationwide. You will align acquisition strategies with timelines, coordinate with engineers, environmental specialists, and landowners, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a track record in ROW management on large public transit projects, strong leadership, and the ability to drive schedules, budgets, and deliverables while mentoring a growing team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years of ROW acquisition or land use planning experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local ROW regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate comprehensive ROW acquisition strategies with agency clients.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, public meetings, and community outreach.
• Lead a team of ROW/relocation staff and provide training and development.
• Oversee ROW acquisition activities, including coordination with agents, appraisers, title research, and environmental review.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports for leadership and regulators.
