Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking a seasoned Right-of-Way Project Manager focused on planning for national infrastructure programs. You will oversee ROW strategies, coordinate with agencies, landowners, and legal teams, and manage schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver on milestones while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires a proven ROW track record, especially in large-scale transit projects, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in urban planning, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
8–12 years of experience in right-of-way acquisition, land use planning, or related fields.
In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to ROW processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Professional certification in right-of-way (RWP, SR/WA) or PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement ROW acquisition strategies aligned with project goals.
Coordinate with engineers, environmental specialists, agencies, landowners, and legal teams.
Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to meet milestones.
Lead and mentor ROW teams and provide training on best practices.
Prepare reports and present progress to senior management and agencies.
