STV is seeking a skilled Right-of-Way Project Manager to join our Advisory team in the Washington D.C. area, overseeing ROW planning and acquisition for major infrastructure projects. The role emphasizes strategic coordination with agencies, landowners, and legal teams, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of ROW/relocation staff, drive best practices, and engage in professional development and industry presentations to showcase STV's innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in urban planning, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in right-of-way acquisition, land use planning, or related fields.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing ROW; strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ROW acquisition strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including engineers, environmental specialists, agencies, landowners, and legal teams.
• Lead acquisition, relocation, appraisals, and related processes to secure property.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources; prepare reports for management.
• Provide training and mentorship to ROW/relocation staff.
