Job summary

STV is seeking a Right-of-Way Project Manager to lead planning and management of ROW acquisition for large-scale infrastructure projects in the United States. You will coordinate with agencies, landowners and teams to develop comprehensive acquisition strategies and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 8–12 years in ROW or land use planning, a strong grasp of regulations, and exceptional negotiation and leadership abilities to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in urban planning, real estate, civil engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of ROW acquisition or land use planning experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local ROW regulations and negotiation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop ROW acquisition strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with engineers, environmental specialists, government agencies, landowners and legal teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets and resources to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Lead and mentor ROW/relocation agents and planners; promote best practices and regulatory compliance.
