Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and daily operations in the field, ensuring safety and on-time delivery of services.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and enforce company policies.
• Coordinate route starts, scheduling, and adjustments to maximize service calls while controlling labor costs.
• Monitor driver pre-trip inspections, address safety issues, and liaise with the shop for vehicle repairs as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, dispatch communications, and escalate issues to the sales or service teams as appropriate.
• Conduct performance evaluations and participate in training for new employees.
• Cover routes on short-staff days and support drivers to meet service commitments.
