Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking a Residential Route Supervisor to oversee daily service delivery for residential routes, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective service in line with Waste Pro practices and regulations. This position emphasizes Positive Leadership and the company's core values while guiding drivers.

Responsibilities include supervising drivers, route planning, safety enforcement, performance monitoring, and addressing customer needs while coordinating with operations and sales to adjust

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years in transportation, management, logistics or waste industry.
• Associate's Degree or 2+ years in transportation, logistics, or solid waste operations with supervision experience.
• Knowledge of Smith System and/or Decision Driving principles and techniques.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise drivers and daily operations; greet drivers and ensure pre/post trip inspections.
• Establish a clean, safe work environment and enforce company policies.
• Lead safety discussions and weekly safety meetings; reinforce safe practices.
