Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise drivers and daily operations in the yard and on routes.
• Ensure pre/post-trip inspections are conducted and safety guidelines followed.
• Plan routes, monitor productivity, and minimize labor costs while maintaining service quality.
• Respond to dispatches and customer inquiries to ensure timely service delivery.
• Conduct routine safety training and performance evaluations.
