The position involves route planning, driver coaching, safety training, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards across routes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years in transportation or waste industry.
• Associate's Degree or 2+ years in transportation, logistics, or solid waste operations with coaching/routing experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, ANSI and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and daily operations; greet drivers and ensure inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with company policies.
• Teach safety guidelines and lead weekly safety meetings.
