Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Sales Development Program participant in the United States to begin a 12‑month rotational training track. You will learn the door hardware business, engage in classroom, field, and factory settings, and rotate through sales teams while developing consultative selling skills.

The program includes hands‑on training at a Denver facility with housing support and a subsequent full‑time sales role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electronics aptitude required.
• Detail oriented with strong organization and time management.
• Proficient with MS Office tools; strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Fully engage in SDP training to learn Allegion products and customers.
• Participate in a 3‑month product and industry training module in Denver, CO.
• Join a 2‑month rotation with corporate sponsors and complete projects.
• Participate in a 7‑month field rotation with Allegion’s sales teams and attend trade shows.
• Learn tools like Dynamics CRM, Overtur, and PowerBI to manage projects.
