Job summary

Allegion is seeking a high-potential candidate for its Sales Development Program Consultant in Seattle, WA. This 12-month rotational training program builds knowledge in security products and consultative selling, with a path to a full-time sales role.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing and strong mechanical/electronics aptitude. You’ll gain hands-on experience across classroom, field, and factory settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electronics aptitude.
• Detail oriented with time management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; influencing ability.

Responsibilities

• Fully engage in SDP training program to increase knowledge about industry and Allegion customers, products and processes.
• Participate in product and industry training at our Training Facility in Denver, CO.
• Complete projects and present results from rotations across various sales teams.
• Engage in field training rotations and coordinate joint sales calls with the regional sales office.
• Attend training to understand Allegion products and policies and develop cross‑functional relationships.
