Allegion is seeking a candidate for the Sales Development Program Consultant in Seattle, WA. This 12-month rotational training program develops consultative selling skills and product knowledge, with a transition to a full-time sales role after completion.

Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and strong mechanical/electronics aptitude, with excellent communication skills. The program begins in 2027; travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electronics aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Fully engage in SDP training to learn Allegion products, customers and processes.
• Participate in a 3-month product and industry training module in Denver with housing provided.
• Rotate with corporate sponsors on projects and present results.
• Undergo a 7-month field training rotation with regional sales teams.
• Coordinate joint calls, attend tradeshows, build relationships with decision-makers, and learn CRM/PowerBI usage.
