Job summary

Serve Robotics in Dallas is seeking an Operations Associate to help ensure the smooth, reliable performance of our autonomous delivery robots in real-world deployments. You’ll work in the field to support navigation, handle unexpected obstacles, and address environmental challenges.

In this hands-on role, you’ll assist robots, perform light maintenance like sensor cleaning, and document incidents to support ongoing improvements in safety and uptime.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience engaging with customers professionally.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Familiarity with Jira and Slack is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support robots in the field to ensure timely responses and safe operation.
• Assist deployment, inspection, cleaning, and placement of robots.
• Track and document incidents and escalate when needed.
• Operate company vehicles safely for movement and repositioning.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and support teams.
