Job summary

Serve Robotics is seeking an Operations Associate to ensure smooth, reliable performance of autonomous delivery robots. You will assist robots in the field, perform light maintenance like sensor cleaning, and help ensure on-time deliveries while documenting incidents for continuous improvement.

You’ll collaborate with operations, engineering, and customer support to manage deployments, escalate technical issues, and support safety and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license.
• Able to drive mid-size utility vehicles as needed.
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to engage with customers professionally.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with Jira is a plus.
• Experience with Slack is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain field readiness by supporting robots, ensuring timely response and order fulfillment.
• Assist in deployment processes, including preparation, inspection, cleaning and placement of robots.
• Track, document, and close escalation tickets with clear communication and records.
