Job summary

Serve Robotics is seeking an Operations Associate to ensure the smooth and reliable performance of our autonomous delivery robots in the field. You will assist robots in the field, perform light maintenance like sensor cleaning, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and customer support to manage deployments, escalate technical issues, and support safety and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate mid-size utility vehicles.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to engage with customers in a professional setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain field readiness by supporting robots, ensuring timely response and coordination for deployments.
• Assist in deployment processes, including preparation, inspection, cleaning and placement of robots.
• Track, document, and close escalation tickets with clear communication and records.
