Job summary

Serve Robotics is seeking an Operations Associate in Dallas to ensure the smooth, reliable performance of autonomous delivery robots. You will assist robots in the field, perform light maintenance, document incidents, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time.

You’ll collaborate with operations, engineering, and customer support to manage deployments, escalate technical issues, and support safety and training initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles.
• Able to lift and maneuver items up to 50 pounds.
• Customer-facing experience in a professional setting.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain field readiness by supporting robots, ensuring timely response and order fulfillment.
• Assist in deployment processes including preparation, inspection, cleaning and placement.
• Track, document, and close escalation tickets; maintain clear communications.
• Operate company vehicles to move, recover, or reposition robots.
• Prioritize safety and adhere to PPE rules.
• Manage end-of-shift recovery by charging and securing assets.
• Handle and store all company-issued tools and protective gear.
