Job summary

Serve Robotics in Atlanta is seeking an Operations Associate to support our autonomous delivery robots in the Midtown hub. In this hands-on role, you’ll assist robots in the field, perform light maintenance like sensor cleaning, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time.

You’ll collaborate with operations, engineering, and customer support to manage deployments, document incidents, and contribute to continuous improvements in safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in last-mile delivery or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain field readiness by supporting robots and ensuring timely response.
• Assist in deployment processes with preparation, inspection, cleaning, and placement of robots.
• Track, document, and close escalation tickets with clear communication.
• Operate company vehicles safely to move robotic units.
• Prioritize safety by following PPE rules and safety standards.
• Manage end-of-shift recovery and secure all robotic assets.
• Handle, maintain, and store tools and protective gear properly.
