Job summary

Serve Robotics in Los Angeles is seeking an Operations Associate to ensure the smooth and reliable performance of our autonomous delivery robots. You’ll support robots in the field, perform light maintenance like sensor cleaning, and help ensure on-time deliveries while handling incidents and documenting observations.

You’ll collaborate with operations, engineering, and customer support teams to manage deployments, elevate technical issues, and uphold safety standards, with duties including

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles.
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with customers in a professional setting.
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain field readiness by supporting robots, ensuring timely response and coordination.
• Assist in deployment processes including preparation, inspection, cleaning and placement of robots.
• Track, document, and close escalation tickets with clear updates and records.
• Operate company vehicles safely to move, recover, or reposition robotic units.
