Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, deployment, and scaling of AV and robotaxi fleets across North America. You will monitor vehicle behavior, follow procedures, and intervene as required to ensure safe operations.

No prior AV experience is required; we provide comprehensive training on driving systems, safety protocols, and operations. You will contribute to the safe expansion of autonomous mobility across multiple cities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Background verification and pre-employment drug screening required.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Comfort driving in urban and highway environments.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and commercial robotaxi operations.
• Continuously supervise the self-driving system while aware of traffic conditions.
• Take manual control when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete routes while complying with local laws and procedures.
• Report issues and maintenance concerns to depot and tech teams.
• Record disengagements and observations for engineering feedback.
• Document operational events and provide clear feedback on vehicle behavior.
