Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial deployment of robotaxi fleets across North America. No prior AV experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Ability to pass a background verification (BGV)
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills
• Comfortable driving for extended periods in urban and highway environments
• Ability to follow detailed operational procedures with high attention to detail
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Upper-Intermediate English

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and commercial robotaxi operations
• Supervise self-driving system performance with awareness of traffic conditions
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures or safety
• Complete routes while complying with traffic laws and procedures
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services safely and consistently
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for deployment readiness
• Inspect cameras, sensors, mirrors, lighting and critical systems
• Report damage or abnormal vehicle behavior to depot/tech teams
• Record disengagements and events using company tools
• Provide clear feedback on vehicle behavior and scenarios encountered
• Assist engineering by documenting situations to improve AV systems
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications
• Maintain professionalism with the public during testing and robotaxi operations
• Support continuous improvement for safety and efficiency of fleet operations
