Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years in logistics/transportation/auto tech.
• Experience with Cox Fleet or similar role is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of major events, including high-dollar repair approvals.
• Ensure timely repairs and adherence to customer instructions for equipment.
• Ensure estimates are handled accurately and communicated clearly.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
• Ensure customer protocol is followed at the highest level.
• Ensure correct billing is selected and communicated with service provider.
