Cox Automotive Fleet is seeking a detail-oriented Roadside Event Specialist II to manage large-scale events and campaigns, coordinating drivers, customers and service providers to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes accurate estimates, timely repairs, precise billing, and compliance with customer protocols, delivering high-quality service and strong work-life balance within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3 years of related logistics/transportation experience or an equivalent combination
• Strong communication skills via phone, email and in person
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational needs of major events, including high-dollar repair approvals and serious situations (accidents, impounds)
• Ensure timely response for repairs and adherence to customer instructions
• Confirm estimates are accurate and billing communicated to service providers
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and service providers
• Ensure customer protocol is followed at the highest level
