Cox Automotive Fleet seeks a detail-oriented Roadside Event Specialist II to manage major events, campaigns, and the flow of open incidents. You will coordinate with drivers, customers and service providers to ensure timely repairs and accurate estimates.

The role emphasizes strong communication, adherence to customer protocols, and precise billing. With a focus on high-priority projects and service excellence, you’ll contribute to best-in-class roadside support and competitive incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years in logistics, transportation or automotive tech preferred.
• Strong communication skills by phone, email and in person.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational needs of major events, including high dollar-amount repair approvals and serious situations such as accidents, police impounds and more.
• Ensure timely response for repairs and that customer instructions for equipment are handled promptly.
• Ensure estimates are handled accurately and billed correctly.
• Communicate directly with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
• Maintain adherence to customer protocol at the highest level.
• Support billing accuracy and provider coordination.
