Cox Automotive Fleet is seeking a Roadside Event Specialist II to join our team. You will manage large-scale events and campaigns, coordinating with drivers, customers, and service providers to maintain smooth operation and timely repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation or automotive technology.
• 1 year of Cox Fleet experience in a similar role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, word processing and email.
• Excellent communication skills by phone, email and in person.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational needs of major events, including high-dollar repair approvals and serious situations such as accidents, police impounds and more.
• Ensure timely response for repairs and that customer instructions for equipment are handled promptly.
• Ensure estimates are handled accurately.
• Communicate directly and effectively with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
• Ensure customer protocol is followed at the highest level.
• Ensure correct billing is communicated with service provider.
