Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of experience in logistics/transportation/auto tech preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of major events, including high-value repair approvals and complex situations.
• Ensure timely response for repairs and adherence to customer instructions.
• Ensure estimates are handled accurately and communicated clearly to customers and providers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
• Ensure customer protocol is followed at the highest level.
• Ensure correct billing is selected and communicated with service providers.
