Job summary

Cox Automotive Fleet is seeking a Roadside Event Specialist II to manage large-scale maintenance events, coordinating with drivers, customers and service providers to ensure timely repairs and accurate estimates.

You will handle high-dollar approvals, critical situations, and ensure smooth operations across multiple events while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and adherence to billing procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of related experience.
• 1+ year experience with Cox Fleet preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for data entry.
• Great communication by phone, email and in person.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational needs of major events, including high-dollar repair approvals and serious situations such as accidents or police impounds.
• Ensure timely response for repairs and that customer instructions for equipment are followed promptly.
• Ensure estimates are handled accurately.
• Communicate directly and effectively with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
• Ensure customer protocol is followed at the highest possible level.
• Ensure correct billing is communicated with service provider.
