Cox Automotive Fleet is seeking a Roadside Event Specialist II to manage large-scale events and campaigns, coordinating drivers, customers and service providers to keep operations flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field (logistics, transportation, automotive technology).
• At least 1 year of experience in a related role with Cox Fleet preferred (Follow Up, Breakdown Specialist, or Managed Care).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, word processing and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operational needs of major events, including high dollar-amount repair approvals and serious situations such as accidents, police impounds and more.
• Ensure timely response for repairs and that any other customer instructions for equipment are handled promptly.
• Ensure estimates are handled accurately.
• Communicate directly and effectively with customers, drivers, service providers and coworkers.
• Ensure customer protocol is being followed at the highest possible level.
• Ensure correct billing is selected and communicated with service provider.
