Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive demand generation in Rheumatology across Newark, Paterson, Summit NJ and Bronx NY. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes, reporting to the Business Leader.

The role requires 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales, strong collaboration skills, and a proven track record of meeting objectives. A BS/BA is required, with residency in the market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience.
• Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory/account strategies.
• Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive performance.
