argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology-focused demand generation across Newark, Paterson NJ and Staten Island NY. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales with a proven track record, strong collaboration, and data-driven decision making. Travel is required within the territory and beyond as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; rheumatology preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and objective-based results.
• Experience planning and executing territory/account strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Thrives in a rapidly evolving environment; product launch experience a plus.

Responsibilities
