Job summary

argenx in the United States (NJ/PA) is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive demand in Rheumatology. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, specialty pharmacy, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

Reporting to the Business Leader, you will develop strategic territory plans, leverage data-driven insights, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet sales objectives while upholding integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging customer, market, and business insights to drive performance.
• Demonstrate Innovation by identifying opportunities and implementing creative solutions to improve customer engagement and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals and deliver value across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers.
• Use data, market intelligence, and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining integrity and compliance.
• Document account plans and CRM activity accurately and promptly.
