Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology sales across the Trenton, NJ and Philadelphia, PA region. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and specialty providers to enhance patient access and outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales, strong account planning skills, and a collaborative mindset. Travel is required, and the position reports to the Business Leader within the Commercial Team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience.
• Significant Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute territory/account strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Product launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel within Trenton, Camden, NJ and Philadelphia area to engage stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using data insights.
• Identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacy partners, and infusion providers.
• Use data and market intelligence to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Consistently achieve sales objectives while maintaining integrity and compliance.
• Submit CRM activity and account plans accurately and on time.
