Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology demand and build relationships with healthcare professionals across Chicago, Chicago West, and Aurora, IL. The role reports to the Business Leader and requires strong collaboration with cross-functional partners in a dynamic, patient-centric environment.

You will develop strategic territory plans, use data to optimize access, and execute programs that improve patient outcomes while meeting sales objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience.
• Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans for Chicago, Chicago West, and Aurora, IL.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers.
• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support objectives.
• Leverage data and insights to drive performance and patient access improvements.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues to achieve shared goals and maintain compliance.
