argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead Rheumatology sales in a multi-market region. You will develop strategic territory plans, build trusted relationships with clinicians, academic centers, and specialty providers, and drive access and outcomes for patients.

You will collaborate with internal teams, utilize data-driven insights, and manage field activities to meet or exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and patient focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/biologics sales experience, with strong Rheumatology background.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and executing territory plans.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
