Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/biologics sales experience, Rheumatology preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and meeting objectives.
• Experience planning and executing territory/account strategies.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography including Saint Louis, MO and Des Moines, IA markets.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans based on market insights.
• Engage healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and infusion providers to improve patient access.
• Maintain CRM activity accurately and on time; report plans and interactions regularly.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
