Hyperproof is seeking a Revenue Operations Coordinator to support the Revenue Operations team on a temporary, full-time basis. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, data hygiene, and process adherence in a fully remote environment.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to streamline operations, route leads, and maintain CRM integrity. The ideal candidate has RevOps experience and strong analytical and communication skills to handle daily requests and audits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in administrative or operations role within Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Operations.
• Proficiency with core GTM tools: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, 6sense, and Slack.
• Strong working knowledge of basic sales funnel metrics, pipeline stages, and deal flow processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify signed deals vs. order form, update CRM fields, send deal overview to SVP, move deal to Closed Won.
• Update contract terms, pricing, and confirm added products; ensure renewal docs exist for all deals.
• Manage indirect renewals, expansions, churns, and partner deals with Finance/Partnership teams.
• Prepare bi-weekly and weekly pipeline and executive updates with key metrics.
