Job summary

Hyperproof is seeking a Revenue Operations Coordinator for a full-time, temporary 3–5 month engagement to support our Revenue Operations team. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, data hygiene, and process adherence across CRM and related tools.

Ideal candidates have RevOps or BizOps backgrounds, strong data skills, and experience with cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance). Fully remote within the US.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in admin/ops within Revenue Operations, BizOps or Sales Ops.
• Proficiency with core GTM tools: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, 6sense, Slack.
• Strong knowledge of sales funnel metrics, pipeline stages, and deal processes.
• Experience managing daily ticket or request queues with fast responses.
• Ability to execute tasks with process adherence and routine workflows.

Responsibilities

• Closed Won Deal Reviews: verify deals, update CRM fields, and move to Closed Won.
• Data Hygiene & Account Management: deduplicate, prioritize, enrich data and route leads.
• Channel Monitoring & Request Triage: acknowledge, sort, route requests and monitor Slack channels.
