Job summary

Improvado is seeking a Revenue Operations leader to own how our revenue runs and how it is measured. You will work with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to align ARR, bookings, invoicing, and data models, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across the revenue engine.

You will not build every model yourself but will read them, spot issues, and prescribe changes. You’ll apply AI agents daily to automate repetitive checks and improve data quality in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM systems in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on admin experience with a live Salesforce org.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing concepts; dbt is a plus.
• Fluent English with clear written updates.
• Experience shipping AI-agent driven tools used by others.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce configuration, release process and user access, plus integrations.
• Keep CRM data clean with guardrails; manage licences and renewals.
• Maintain Salesforce SOPs and train new hires.
• Own ARR and bookings logic; ensure consistency across agreements, opportunities and invoices.
• Run closed-deals and billing checks with Finance; fix root causes.
• Audit invoices, chase unpaid ones; prepare quarterly commission and quota reports.
• Own quarterly sales analytics pack, the CRO report, forecast and pipeline coverage.
• Track funnel conversion and attribution with Marketing.
• Query ClickHouse daily; write metric definitions and data quality checks.
• Build leadership dashboards; provide recommendations with owners.
• Use coding agents for queries and Salesforce automation; verify outputs.
• Automate manual work and measure hours saved.
