Optimizee Group is hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to own our affiliate network, partner revenue streams, and billing. This hands-on role reports to the Founder and scales toward Head of Revenue Operations as the team grows.

You’ll manage 450+ partner accounts, ensure accurate revenue data, invoices, and payments, and drive automation with AI tools. This fully remote role requires strong English communication and Excel/CRM expertise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, finance operations, billing, or a similar analytical role.
• High integrity and trustworthiness handling payments and financial data.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, proficient with spreadsheets and reconciliation.

Responsabilités

• Own affiliate network operations across 450+ partner accounts, including setup and tracking.
• Manage partner invoicing and payments end-to-end, including overdue follow-ups.
• Maintain revenue data quality, dashboards, CRM data, and benchmarking against market prices.
• Support monthly revenue close and bonus calculations.
• Improve revenue processes and automate with AI where possible.
