Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a RevOps Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Revenue Operations and the broader business. The role partners with Sales Operations, Systems Operations, Deal Desk, Customer Operations, Partner Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and more.

You will turn strategic priorities into executable plans, manage risks and dependencies, and drive initiatives from definition through implementation in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cross-functional program experience in Revenue Operations.
• Experience leading projects from scoping through implementation.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong planning, risk management, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderately complex cross-functional initiatives from scoping through implementation with minimal day-to-day direction.
• Translate priorities into clear plans, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, and success measures.
• Establish governance, cadences, decision structures, and stakeholder engagement models.
• Coordinate work across Revenue Operations and broader organization; manage multiple initiatives.
• Maintain accountability across project teams while allowing functional owners to decide outcomes.
